SchoolBlocks and its subfeaturesets are branded as one as well as separately from time-to-time ("SchoolBlocks," "we," "us," or "our"). There are intricacies with how we operate due to the fact that our client is the school or school district yet each person, a user whom we serve and hold obligations to all of the above's privacy. We want you to understand what personal information we collect, how we collect it, how we use it, and what your rights are with respect to what we do. This Privacy Policy ("Policy") explains those things.

- Clients: Users that have a direct business relationship with us (Schools, districts)
- End Users: Individual users invited or added to the Services by a Client (teachers, students, parents, guardians)
- Public Users: Individuals that visit public parts of the Services and create user accounts
- Visitors: Individuals that only visit public parts of the Services without logging in
This Policy applies to all of our products and services, including:
- Our websites, including www.schoolblocks.com and www.schoolfeed.com (the "Sites")
- Our platform ("SchoolBlocks"), which includes SchoolFeed and other featuresets
- Any other platforms or tools that we choose to add to SchoolBlocks
- Any website and/or mobile application that provides access to any of the foregoing

What information we collect about you and how we collect it depends on our relationship with you.
2.A Personal Information from Schools
Nearly all of the personal information that we collect is provided to us either by a School on behalf of the End Users associated with the School, or by End Users using our Services.
In all circumstances, SchoolBlocks is only a data processor. This means we only carry out and process, via our Services, the activities of and instructions of your School. The School determines and controls:
- What personal information it provides to us for School-Created User Accounts
- What personal information can be provided by End Users
- How personal information is used once collected

- Name, phone number, email address
- Gender, age/birthday, school year/classification
- Race/ethnicity, disability, language
- Attendance information, classes and activities
- Grading and assessment information
- Parent/guardian and student associations
- Communication preferences and content
- IP addresses and device information

2.B Visitor Personal Information
If you are a Visitor browsing public parts of the Sites, we collect limited personal information including:
- Information about pages viewed and features used
- Web browsers, devices, and IP addresses used
- General geolocation (but not precise geolocation)
